Website Redesign

New Member Facing Resource Website

The 23,000+ member agengies of the Big "I" are primarily small businesses (under 10 employees) and my business unit supports them with enhancing their marketing efforts. In order to be able to do that to the best of our ability we needed to refresh our member site.


I led the redesign project of the new Trusted Choice website for Big “I” members focused on helping independent agents amplify their own marketing. Enhanced features include:


  • Updated content library features, including direct access to a sample monthly social media calendar to adapt for their business

  • Streamlined features and enhanced resources


Goals:

  • Increase traffic to site

  • Increase downloads of content and resources

  • Increase overall member engagement and use of multiple resources


Stats: (Februay 2023)

  • Traffic up 38% YoY

  • 100% increase in program utilization

  • 30% increase in downloads of resources


In coordination with our website refresh, we also streamlined our marketing campaigns to promote our member resources. Social media now accounts for 20% of our total traffic to the site up from 8%.


Other Highlights: Following the launch we have exceeded all of our program goals by at least 30% YoY and continue to increase our engagement,
